For information regarding your invoice or statement you can access the information online through our Virtual District Office. You will need your account number and your access code that is printed on your invoice or statement to access your account information.

You have the following payment options:
1. Pay through your bank or financial institution Online or By Phone
The Regional District is registered with most financial institutions in B.C. for electronic banking online and telephone banking. Please search for our biller name using CENTRAL OKANAGAN when you are online or on the phone with your bank or financial institution.
2. Pay Online on our Website using Your Credit Card
For account information and online payments of your account using your Credit Card, you can access our Virtual District Office. You will need your account number and access code that is printed on your invoice or statement in order to access your account information on our secure website.
3. Payment by Mail
When paying by mail, write your account number on the cheque or money order and make payable to "Regional District of Central Okanagan". Please accept the cancelled cheque as your receipt. Address envelope to:
