The various requirements that apply to businesses are regulated through the use of business licenses. All businesses located and operating in the Central Okanagan East and Central Okanagan West Electoral Areas are required to have a business licence.
This bylaw is enforced on a continual basis in the electoral Areas of the Regional District.
Regional District of Central Okanagan Business Licensing Bylaw No. 689 provides for the licensing of businesses. It ensures that the various businesses, which establish and operate in the Regional District Electoral Areas are doing so in accordance with Regional District bylaws.
